@C The last time I drank FourLoco I woke up in Estacada, OR wearing only my business socks. I felt more like a wounded badger than a supple leopard…..but that could have been due to my poor overhead mobility.

With more overhead mobility you may still not remember what happened but you could have ended up with more clothes…. Or you could wake up wearing a leopard??

Advanced WOD:
Start with presses and jerks from the posted wod.

Then,
3 rounds:
12 muscle ups (scale to appropriate number if necessary)
75 squats

If possible, show up for 6:30 class for jerk technique work.
