Workout of the Day
1) 3 rounds not for time:
7 single leg DL
7 single leg mid back rows (banded)
7 single leg single arm DB shoulder press
Complete one entire round on your right leg, then repeat with your left. Cycle through each leg three times.
2) Three rounds for time:
10 deadlifts, 225/155
50 double unders
