Congratulations to Jana in the 7:30 pm class last evening. She got her first kipping pull up, twice! Keep at it Jana.

Also, congrats to Tiff in the 6:30 pm class. She got her first double unders in.

Also congrats to Katrina for figuring out her 1RM in deadlift is 265!!! Crazy strong! Not bad for a newbie :-)!
