Hey Adam, I’m glad you pulled that Day 1 picture out of the CFV vault. I sure don’t miss that guy. As the bacon and eggs of the breakfast club for the last 2 years I’ve decided the following about crossfit:

1) CrossFit is basically PE for adults – who apparently didn’t get enough in Jr. High. 2) On some days CrossFit is like Fight Club without the black eye. 3) CrossFit is never boring and I am glad to have this “track to run on.”

Thank you CFV for providing the opportunity for all of us!
