Workout of the Day

Two classes today:

10:00 AM:
Snatch 1-1-1
Clean & Jerk 1-1-1

You may complete as many warm-up lifts as you wish prior to and in between your three attempts for the snatch and clean & jerk on the "competition" platform. This is an unofficial, unsanctioned event aimed at providing a meet-like experience for everyone to improve and enjoy. Your meet total is the sum of your highest successful effort in both lifts.

"Murph"
For Time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

I’m excited for the first Whole 30 in 2013! There will be a meeting on Jan 5 at 10AM to go over details of the Whole 30 and answer any questions you may have. If you are able, it would be most wonderful if you get signed up early as I would like to get info from each of you and give info to each of you before then! Awesome job to all the lifters this morning, that was a blast! Thanks to Coach B for running the show, to Joe and Kyle for loading the bars, and to Chris, OG, Cami, and Brad for judging.
