*WOD is not a misprint. This is the same workout we completed two weeks ago on Tuesday, 1/17/17. The goal is to learn something from the last run through and improve today!
CFV CrossFit Endurance class starts next Friday, February 10th! Class will meet Fridays from 5:00 – 6:30 PM. Led by endurance coach and athlete Austin Crook, the intent for the class is to:
-Increase VO2 max, lactic acid threshold and extend time you can operate at a high level of work capacity.
-Increase endurance for timed distance events lasting up to 90 minutes such as mud runs, fun runs (trail and road), triathlons, and relay events.
-Improve efficiency of running, rowing, and AirDyne through improved pacing, mechanics, mobility, and using different energy systems.
-Consistent group cool down to improve mobility and decrease restriction.
The Endurance class is included in your regular membership, no need to sign up for anything and no cost. As the weather improves, you can expect many of the sessions to move outside the gym.
