This week, we’ll be completing the 2017 Age Group Qualifier events. The Age Group Qualifier consists of four workouts. Each one individually challenges different elements of fitness and collectively, they form a test designed to narrow each age group field from the top 200 worldwide after the CrossFit Open down to the top 20. Turns out, these workouts are not just a great test for the top Masters and Teen athletes in the world, they’re also really good exercise for all of us! If you’re not sure about your ability to do 40 muscle-ups (or even one), don’t worry! There is plenty of work to be done in this one before that point, and those that do reach the muscle-ups within the 20-minute cap will have a couple of scaling options available that allow you to keep moving.
