Yesterday was Michael’s last day in the gym for awhile. He’s heading out to Air Force Basic Training tomorrow, so we we’ll be missing his smiling face, strength, encouragement, and always positive attitude around the gym until this fall. On a high note, Michael finished yesterday off with a new 5-rep back squat personal best of 315 lbs! Way to go Michael! Godspeed and THANK YOU from all of us for your service!
