2. Five 2:00 rounds:
25/20 Calorie row
Max Push Jerks in remaining time

-For part 2, use 60% of your heaviest single from part 1
-Complete part 2 on a 10:00 running clock; no rest between rounds

The Concept 2 Fall Team Challenge kicked off and Friday and Team CrossFit Fort Vancouver is off to a great start!  Participants will row 100,000 meters between September 15th and October 15th.

The CrossFit Games Team Series kicks off this week!  This year’s format is female, male, or mixed pairs (teams of 2 this year instead of 4 as in years past).  There is an Rx’d division, a scaled division, teens, masters, all ages.  Competition will run for two weeks: events will be announced Wed. Sept. 20th & Wed. Sept. 27th, and participants will have until the following Monday to complete the events and submit their scores.  You’ll see some of the Team Series events in classes the next couple weeks, so grab a buddy and get signed up!  Full details at https://games.crossfit.com/teamseries.
