Workout of the Day

1. Bench Press:

Next Wednesday (10/4), we’ll kick off the first of 8 weeks of Wendler strength work.  This year, we’ll be focusing on the front squat and the bench press.  We built to a front squat max last week and are doing bench press today so that we have a current starting point.  If you missed either 1RM day, please carve out some time this week to see where you’re at so that we can all start together a week from Wednesday.  Looking strong Ashley!
