2 Hang Snatches
-1st rep from high hang
-2nd rep from top of knee
-receive both reps in power OR squat

2. 11:00-
1500/1200m row buy-in
Then, AMRAP in remaining time:

“Left photo October 10, 2012, age 41. Right photo October 10, 2017, age 46. Started at 240lbs and today weigh in at 184lbs. First workout, had to finish push-ups off the wall as regular and even box push-ups went away quickly. Fast forward to exactly five years later.  In today’s workout I did 40 push-ups, 44 sit-ups, 17 strict pull-ups, 22 dips and finished the 1.5 mile run in 9:55. I cannot express enough how much CrossFit has changed my life and health for the better.”
