12:00 AMRAP-

5 DB Power cleans
20 ft. DB Lunge
1-2-3... Bar Muscle-ups
5 DB Renegade rows
20 ft. DB Lunge

A renegade row consists of one push-up (on your dumbbells, then one right arm row and one left arm row). For the bar muscle-ups, complete one rep the first round, two the second, and so on.
