"Tabata This!"

Tabata Burpees
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Dumbbell step-ups
Rest 1 minute
Tabata D-ball cleans
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Airdyne (calories)

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals (4:00 at each movement).

Our fearless leader may be pretty ancient now, but he is so young at heart!
Having already checked some pretty cool things off his bucket list …
why not start his “over-the-hill” years leading Team USA at the
CrossFit Invitational in a few weeks!?
