2. 10:00 AMRAP-
20 Cal. Airdyne
10 KB Goblet lunges
10 Push-ups

Gina and Martin made a trip out to Idaho this week where she shot her first elk!  It was across a canyon at 876 yards!  Many hours of study and practice made such a long shot possible, and many hours of effort in the gym helped make the pack-out happen!  Congrats Gina and Martin.  Enjoy!

Thank you Adam! As Martin & I packed out, we thought about you the whole time! 🙂 We both agree there would be no way we could have made that arduous hike up loaded down with an extraordinary amount of weight without a commitment to your programming & a shared belief that challenges are mostly mental, some physical, but all heart. Who you are, what you represent, the supportive & positive community you encourage, and the programming focused on functional fitness has changed our lives!! What you have created is with us as we walk through life, literally and figuratively. 🙂 Thank you for sharing with us the knowledge & tools to enjoy our passions in life!

Nice job! I remember you talking about this day when you started learning how to hunt. Congrats!
