Coach Colin carefully tests every pumpkin to find the perfect fit.
How do you pick your pumpkin?

After his 12th season as a wildland firefighter, it sure is awesome to have Colin back in the gym!  This guy’s been utilizing CrossFit to stay fit for work since 2005, and coaching people to move better for almost as long.  Starting December 4th, he’ll be leading a 5 AM session.  The first two weeks will be a special early morning 101 for those new to CrossFit and open gym for the regulars.  After that initial two-week 101 wraps up, regular 5 AM classes will run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.  If you’re interested in attending the 5 AM sessions or know someone new to CrossFit that might be, please let us know by sending an email to crossfitfortvan@gmail.com.  See you bright and early!
