Workout of the Day

Partner Workout:

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 Overhead squats
10 Toes to bar

From 3:00-6:00

2 rounds of:
12 Overhead squats
12 Toes to bar

From 6:00-9:00

2 rounds of:
14 Overhead squats
14 Toes to bar

Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds.

Men use 95 lb.
Women use 65 lb.

The jumping bar muscle-up is a great way to get a feel for the full movement.  Using a box that allows you enough clearance under the bar to execute the arch-to-hollow motion of the kip swing is key.  With her solid mechanics and consistent strength gains, Adrienne will be doing bar muscle-ups without the box soon!
