50 of each:

hrusters, DB/KB
High Box Jumps
Air Squats
No feet rope climb (1)
KB Swings
Sit-ups
Goblet Squats
I love Burpees!
Vall Balls
I love Burpees!
No feet rope climb (1)
Go run 400m with a sandbag!

This workout can be done solo, or in teams of two or three. If feet are needed to climb the rope, use them, or substitute 3 rope rows.
