Workout of the Day

5 rounds for time:

20 DB/KB Step-ups, 35/26 to 20"/14"
20 Push-ups
20 Double-unders
20 Sit-ups
20 Lateral plate hops (over + back = 1)

*Rest exactly 1 minute after completing each round.

One of Kelsi’s primary motivations for starting CrossFit
was to get stronger.  After just a couple months of hard work,
she’s heading in he right direction fast!
