Workout of the Day

1. Thruster:
12-9-6-3 (build in load as you go)

2. For Time:
30-20-10 Thrusters, 75/55
3-2-1 Rope Climbs, 15 ft.

Time for some rope climbs on a Friday!

Pro-tip: all your CFV coaches agree, a knee sleeve covering your lower leg is the best way to prevent unnecessary rope burns.  If you don’t have any knee sleeves yet, they might just make for the perfect stocking stuffer!
