Masters Event 2: "St. Helens"

For Time:
100 ft. D-ball Carry
100 Wall Balls
100 Double-Unders
50 Toes to Bar
50 Dumbbell Snatch, alternating*
25 D-ball Cleans
100 ft. D-ball Lunge

22:00 Time Cap

Men use up to 100 lb. D-ball
Ladies use up to 70 lb. D-ball

What can I do for my team?
