Randy smashes another sandbag clean en route to his 2nd place finish in the 45-49 division at the CrossFit Fort Vancouver Championship, which included 16 athletes. In the first workout of the weekend, Scott B, Randy, and Paul finished 1-2-3. Scott totaled 127 calories on the Airdyne, Randy 126, and Paul 125. They all train together often during 6:00 AM classes.
