Happy Trails to Lucas as he moves back to the motherland of Maine this week.  Thank You for being awesome Lucas and for always keeping it light and fun around the gym.  You are the only person we’ve had the privilege of coaching that possesses the ability to carry on a full conversation right through pretty much any workout without ever missing a beat.  Most people would stop or at least slow down a bit.  We’ll miss you but look forward to seeing you back here for a visit or two as soon as you need a reminder what real mountains look like and that the left coast is the best coast.  See you soon friend!

Thank you everyone for the well wishes and thank you CrossFit Fort Vancouver for being a wonderful community and family. Spending time surrounded by all of you has made my time out here truly memorable!
