Workout of the Day

CROSSFIT OPEN WORKOUT 18.1

Complete as many rounds as possible
in 20 minutes of:

8 toes-to-bar
10 dumbbell hang clean and jerks
14 / 12-cal. row

Full Workout Description & Standards

The dumbbell made it’s first-ever appearance in the CrossFit Open a year ago in 17.1. One year later, it makes its return–along with some toes to bar and rowing–for 18.1. Are you registered for the Open yet? You have until Monday at 5:00 to get signed up and submit scores for 18.1!

All Friday classes (except QuickFit at 9 AM) will be performing 18.1 today. It’s a 20-minute AMRAP, so everyone is highly encouraged to arrive early for some extra warm-up time.

We’ll also run 18.1 Open heats on Saturday at 10:00 AM. CFV members, garage-CrossFitters, travelers, all are welcome to attend and there is no drop-in fee for the Open! See you in the gym!
