Good set of “rules.” Pretty much sums up the values that I see in CF, which is the reason I keep coming back when I could never enjoy other “conventional” methods of staying fit. It’s all about good people, good friends, and helping each other get better!

I pulled 235# and got 7:30. George pulled the RX 275 and scored a 7:37! Nice work George!!
