If you have a chance, take the time to read “The unspoken rules of a CrossFit Box” from CrossFit West Santa Cruz.  I like it, and I think we do a pretty darn good job of following them around here.

    Good set of “rules.” Pretty much sums up the values that I see in CF, which is the reason I keep coming back when I could never enjoy other “conventional” methods of staying fit. It’s all about good people, good friends, and helping each other get better!
