How great is this 10-year-old?!  Congrats to Isabella on her first pull-up!

    One of my absolute favorite moments in the gym is seeing someone get their first pull-up. It’s such an incredible moment, especially when the individual has been working toward it for a long time. When you’ve never pulled your bodyweight above the bar, it can seem helpless and even impossible. Then the feeling of looking over the bar from above makes the reward so worth the effort. Way to stick with it and make it happen Isabella, you can do anything you set your mind to!
