Our CF101 program is a great way to get started, no matter your background or fitness level. With each session limited to 6 people, you’ll receive thorough one-on-one coaching and valuable feedback while learning the fundamental movements of CrossFit.

PERSONAL 101 TRAINING
If our regular 101 times don’t work for you, please contact Coach Andrea Roozen to schedule times that do! In 4-6 personal sessions, you’ll learn all the fundamentals of CrossFit included in our traditional 101 program. After the first four sessions, you and your coach will determine if you would benefit from additional training before moving on to excel in regular classes. Cost is $40 per session. Enroll now.
Our highly trained and experienced coaches will meet you at your current level of fitness and set you on a course for improvement. Whether you’ve been away from exercise for awhile or are already a high-level athlete, this is the place to start your CrossFit journey.
Along with developing a firm foundation of proper movement and consistency, you’ll have the opportunity to be challenged outside the gym with an optional nutrition program.
Upon completion of the first two weeks of CF 101, you’ll be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to attend regular CrossFit classes for another two weeks.
