EXPERIENCED CROSSFITTERS:

If you have previous CrossFit experience and are new to the area or looking for a new CrossFit community to call home, we’d love the opportunity to show you what CrossFit Fort Vancouver is all about.  If you’re looking for a gym family that will challenge you to improve and also support you every step of the way, we think you’ll like the vibe here.  Our coaches are outstanding, our community is amazing, and our facility is inspiring.  Whether your goal is to get your first pull-up, to compete at the CrossFit Games, or somewhere in between, we’ll meet you where you’re at and help you progress.

To get started, just send an email to crossfitfortvan@gmail.com or just call/text Adam at (360) 989-7765.  We’ll get you scheduled for a free class and consultation. Classes are the “meat & potatoes” of our training program, so you’ll get a good taste of the CrossFit Fort Vancouver recipe for success the first time you train with us.  We’ll also visit about your experience, current fitness, goals for the future, and how we can work together to get you there.  You are even welcome to come early or stay late for Open Gym (5:30 AM – 7:30 PM on weekdays and mornings on weekends (full schedule here). We’re excited to meet you and help you take your fitness to the next level!

NEW TO CROSSFIT:

So you’ve decided it’s time to begin the journey to becoming a better YOU.  Congratulations!  Embracing your decision to make an investment in yourself and acting on it is truly the toughest step.  Still feeling a little apprehensive?  Don’t worry, you’re not alone.

Everyone that is new to CrossFit has thoughts about whether or not they will “fit in,” if they’re even “fit enough” to start, and if it will be “too intense.”  You can trust that wherever your current fitness level is, we’ll meet you there and start the journey toward improvement.  Our community is made up of people from all walks of life at all different points along their fitness journey.  What we all share is a desire to improve, a willingness to do our best, and a positive mindset to make it happen.

Contrary to what you might think, starting CrossFit is not an embarrassing or massively humbling experience.  In fact, your first few weeks here are often the most wonderful and memorable part of the journey because you’ll constantly break through your mind and body’s self-imposed limits.  Guided by a professional team of coaches that care and a positive community of like-minded individuals, you’ll exceed even your own expectations and surprise yourself with what you’re capable of–and that’s an awesome feeling!

Start with a FREE INTRO SESSION & PRIVATE CONSULTATION

Anyone who is new to CrossFit will begin with a FREE 1-on-1 Consultation with one of our dedicated coaches. The purpose of this Introductory Session is for you to experience CrossFit as it’s designed to be, to determine the best path to your personal success, and to show you what the CrossFit Fort Vancouver community is all about.

During your Intro Session & Consultation, you will receive:

  • A Baseline Fitness & Mobility assessment
  • Goal Setting & 90 Day Success Plan
  • An Overview of Our Unique Training Methodology
  • Nutritional Guidance to Maximize Training & Recovery
  • Specific plan for your CrossFit Fort Vancouver journey

Based on your current level of health and fitness, we’ll help you clarify your goals and set a realistic timeline to achieve them.  Then we’ll visit about the best path forward and how we can help make you better.  Typically, new members participate in our On Ramp program before joining regular classes.  On Ramp consists of 3 additional private training sessions and a “chaperoned” class with your On Ramp coach.  For those interested in additional personal training, we’ll have a conversation about which coach on our staff will be the best fit to serve you.
