CrossFit Fort Vancouver Class Lineup

All CrossFit classes are 1 hour in length including warm-up, workout of the day, and cool-down
QuickFit is a 45-minute bodyweight and conditioning class.
Open Gym is available M/W 5:00 AM-6:30 PM, T/Th 6:00 AM-7:30 PM and Fri 5:00 AM-6:30 PM during and between all classes. Saturday Open Gym is 8:00 AM-noon and Sunday 10:00 AM-11:00 AM.
