2022 Summer Youth Programs

We are so excited for another summer of CrossFit for our kids at CFV! For all youth this summer we are going to have classes Monday through Thursday mornings. Littles will be at 9am, Kids at 10am, and Teens at 11am. We have Coach Nick, Courtney, and Bre back to create an awesome experience for the youth. We look forward to seeing the kids back in the gym, and hearing the excitement in the air while the weather is incredible once again. Let’s do this!

Calendar Schedule

Start: Monday, June 20th

End: Thursday, August 25th

Monday-Thursday for all age groups

Groups

Littles:
This group class runs from 9-10am M-Th, and is all about having fun while at CFV. We play games that have exercise built into them, and then play more games to teach our values of Humble, Hungry, and Awesome. Then if we have more time, we’ll play more games. (Recommended ages are 3-5)**

Kids:
This group class runs from 10-11am M-Th, and is all about making CrossFit fun. We incorporate moving well and enjoyment into CrossFit workouts, and then finish our day with a high energy game. (Recommended ages 6-11)**

Teens:
This group class runs from 11am-12pm M-Th, and is all about using CrossFit to improve the fitness of our Teens. We spend the majority of class time refining movement patterns to make sure they can crush their workout, and then finish every class with a challenge of the day. (Recommended ages 12-17)**

Full Summer Option: $390

10 Class Punch Pass: $150

Drop in: $15
