This is a relay format. Partner one starts with 1 pull-up and 1 squat clean. Then he or she tags partner two, who completes 2 pull-ups and 2 squat cleans. He or she tags partner one, who completes the round of 3 pull-ups and 3 squat cleans. After a tag from partner one, partner two completes 4 reps of each, and so on... climbing the ascending ladder as high as possible in 15:00
