On a 30:00 running clock, complete
1 mile run at 0:00, 10:00, and 20:00.
In each 10:00 increment, work through the following AMRAP after completing your 1 mile run:
1-2-3-4-5...
- Burpees
- Wall balls
- Toes to bar
After each run, pick up your AMRAP right where you left off.
