Run for distance


This workout will be done on a grass field. Partner one will run approx. 100m down and 100m back, tag partner 2, then do 1 burpee. Then partner 2 will run 100m down, 100m back, tag partner 1 and do 1 burpee. Next, partner 1 will complete the run and after tagging partner 2, complete 2 burpees. Then, partner 2 will repeat the run followed by 2 burpees. Continue in this format to cover as much distance as possible in 24:00.
