KB Swings

Each round is 3:00 with the reps increasing by 3 each round. At 3,2,1, Go, partner 1 will complete 3 KB Swings and row 3 calories. Once partner 1 begins rowing, partner 2 may start work on their 3 KB swings and once the rower is open may advance to the rower and row 3 calories. At the 3:00 mark, each partner will complete 6 KB swings and 6 calories in the same format. At the 6:00 mark, the round of 9 will begin and so on and so forth. As long as both partners complete the prescribed reps in the 3:00 working period, they will advance to the next round. When both partners fail to complete the prescribed reps in the 3:00 work period, that portion of the workout ends. At that point, partners will finish with one partner holding either a plank, hollow body hold, or squat hold until the final pair in the class has finished the couplet of KB Swings and rowing.

*Ladies increase cals on the rower in increments of 2-4-6-8-10...
