Workout of the day

In groups of 4, complete 3 rounds

Athlete 1 runs 200 meters. The runner is the pacesetter for the workout.
Athlete 2 completes as many wall balls as possible during the runner's run.
Athlete 3 completes as many KB swings as possible during the runner's run.
Athlete 4 completes as many burpees as possible until the runner returns.


The goal is to finish as fast as possible as a team while also accumulating as many reps as possible along the way individually.
