5 deadlifts

5 hang power cleans

5 front squats

5 push press

Use a barbell for 5 sets, an axle bar for 5 sets, and dumbbells for 5 sets. You may rotate implements in any order.

Today's work is not for time. Move with virtuosity and add load as technique and work capacity allow. Move with purpose to complete each complex unbroken, and rest as needed between sets.
