All Friday classes (except QuickFit at 9 AM) will be performing 18.1 today. It's a 20-minute AMRAP, so everyone is highly encouraged to arrive early for some extra warm-up time.

We'll also run 18.1 Open heats on Saturday at 10:00 AM. CFV members, garage-CrossFitters, travelers, all are welcome to attend and there is no drop-in fee for the Open! See you in the gym!
