We will start by establishing a 'baseline' sprint pace on the rowing machine for each individual. Goal is to keep each :20 sprint pace each round within :03 of your 'baseline' sprint pace.

During the warm-up today, we'll be working through a series of skills and drills aimed at improving speed, agility, and coordination. Much of today's training is a little different than your 'typical' CrossFit workout, and it will challenge your mind as much as your body. Great for any level of athlete, it will be both super valuable and super fun at the same time. Don't miss it!
