Today's training consists of two 10-minute training blocks. Each block is set up as a 10-minute EMOM (every minute on the minute). For the first 10:00 EMOM, athletes will perform 10 GHD sit-ups and 5 burpees on the odd minutes and 1-3 rope climbs on the even minutes.

For the second 10:00 EMOM, athletes will choose two movements to perform alternating on each minute. A "goat" is any movement that you struggle with and wold like to improve at. For ideas, rep/loading suggestions, and scaling options, visit with your coach during today's warm-up.
