Today we are celebrating the final workout of the 2025 CrossFit Open with a
good old-fashioned Friday Night Lights Open Throw-down and CFV Potluck!

Heats will run every 30 minutes starting at 3:30. We’ll have a Pro Heat scheduled for 5:00 PM and a potluck starting at 6:00. See you there!
