-You choose the rep scheme for your pull-ups, push-ups, and squats: 2-4-6, 3-6-9, 4-8-12, or 5-10-15. Pick a variation that allows you to move with excellence and consistency through your strict pull-ups and push-ups.

Run 600m at 0:00, 5:00, 10:00, and 15:00 mark. Complete as many rounds/reps of the bodyweight movements in the remaining time as you can. Pick up where you leave off on the previous set after each run. No additional rest between sets.
Score is total reps completed in the AMRAP.
