15 Wall Balls (30/20 lb. to 10 ft)
50 ft. HS Walk (4 x 25 ft.)
50 Double-unders
-One works, one rests.
-Athletes may sub 10 Wall Walks in place of 100 ft. HS Walks and 5 Wall Walks in place of 50 ft. HS Walks.
