-Athletes can start anywhere and partition the reps anyway.
-For the rope climbs, one works, one rests
-For the Med Ball Sit-ups, athletes will pass the ball between partners until 160 total reps are completed
-For the Farmer’s carry, the non-working athlete must travel with the athlete holding the KBs at all times. Athletes can use 400, 800, or 1600m increments.
