CFV Championship Event 2

3 Rounds for time:
800m Run
20 Back Squats

-Both athletes complete 800m run each round
-20 squats per round total, split any way

Back Squat Weights:
RX: 300/200
Intermediate: 225/155
Scaled: 155/105

Throwback photo from the CFV Championship! For Event 2, both partners run every round, but the first one back can start squatting right away (no need to wait for your partner). Split the squats any way between teammates. Once all the squats are completed, athletes can start running on round 2. Repeat for round 3. Time ends when 20 squats are completed in round 3.
