120 Double-unders OR 40 Double Cross-overs
Max Bench Press in remaining time (200/135)

Set 1: Athlete 1 only
Set 2: Athlete 2 only
Sets 3 & 4: Both athletes share work
(1 works, 1 rests, split reps any way)

Intermediate Jump Rope Buy-in:
75 Double-unders OR 25 Double Cross-overs

Scaled Jump Rope Buy-in:
120 Single-unders OR 40 Double-unders

Athletes can choose double-unders or double cross-overs every round and do not have to do the same thing each round. Either 120 double-unders OR 40 double cross-overs must be completed each round before moving on to the bench press.
