Partner Workout
3 Rounds for time:
20 Sandbag or D-ball Cleans (150/100)
40 Box Jump-overs (24″/20″)
600m/500 Run

-Partners split the sandbag cleans and box jump-overs any way they’d like. One works, one rests.
-Both partners run at the same time. One completes 600m, the other completes 500m.
-All 40 box jump-overs must be completed before either partner starts their run, but the partner that returns from the run first may start sandbag cleans as soon as they get back in the gym. Either partner can do the 600 or 500m run each round.
