Having a routine when approaching the bar is a great habit. A coupe things to think about would be to first find something to look at on the horizon. This could be as simple as a dot on the wall. Next, make sure you establish your stance. Feet under the hips, aka jumping stance, and the bar should be over the shoelaces. Once you get the feet set, establish your grip. Make sure the hands are on the same spot on the bar for every lift. Once all these are in place, put your gaze back on the spot on the horizon, breathe and brace, and do the lift!
