Step 2: On Ramp

Our On-Ramp program (4 additional individual sessions after your free intro class) is perfect for new athletes to learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit, refine their personal goals, and gain the confidence to be successful and have a blast in CrossFit Fort Vancouver classes.

Monthly Unlimited

Access to unlimited classes, fitness + competition programming, and open gym.

Personal Training

Receive 1-on-1 training from one of our coaches to improve your technique and reach your goals. Our On Ramp program (3 sessions after your first free session) is available one time to new CrossFit athletes to learn the movements and define their personal goals.

Drop-in Rates

We love visitors! If you’re away from your home gym and looking to get in a solid workout, don’t hesitate to come in and sweat with us! With over 50 classes and 75 hours of Open Gym each week, visitors are welcome to join in on our workout of the day or complete your own. Please select an option below to book your drop-in.
