We provide various class times throughout the day that fit your life. Check out the full schedule below to find a time that works for you.

Traveling from out of town or another gym? No problem. Drop-ins are always welcome.

Class Descriptions

CrossFit

Classes are one hour in length, including warm-up, workout of the day, and cool-down. Expect something a little bit different every day that includes a wide variety of functional movements across broad time and modal domains. The magic is in the movement, the art is in the programming, the science is in the explanation, and the fun is in the community.

QuickFit

QuickFit is a 45-minute bodyweight and conditioning class. It is built on the core principles of CrossFit: Functionality, Variance, and Intensity. It does not include the barbell movements or technical gymnastic elements of traditional CrossFit classes, but it will definitely get you breathing hard, get your heart rate up, and make you sweat!

CrossFit Kids

Based on the fundamental CrossFit principles of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes quality movement throughout childhood and adolescence. CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits to produce an all-around better health for our children.

Gymnastics Skills

This is a bodyweight skill and strength development class utilizing gymnastic movements and progressions as a path to improved overall fitness.

Endurance

This class provides supplemental endurance training for the CrossFit athlete. The aim is to develop the aerobic system as a means to improve overall fitness.

Open Gym

Members and guests have access to utilize the gym space and equipment as they choose during open hours. Please respect ongoing classes and other athletes at all times.
