It's CrossFit Open Week and there's a good chance there might be some bar-facing burpees! Even though the burpee is a pretty "simple" movement, there's always a few ways to make them more efficient. If you notice Jeff here, he is turning while jumping over the bar. This is a great way to shave a few seconds off each set!
