The ropes are back! It's been awhile since we've seen rope climbs on the whiteboard, so today is exciting! Our August and September Hero Workouts of the Month both include rope climbs, so we'll get to put in some practice before then. If it's been a long time since you've climbed a rope or maybe have never even attempted one, no worries! Monday's focus is on the skill of the movement. We'll teach and practice technique in every class. And just like all movements in CrossFit, there are a ton of scaling options that can make this challenging movement possible for everyone!
